International accountmanager


We have an opening in our team for a fresh addition to fuel our growth!

In the role of an International Account Manager, you will be a specialist in onboarding new clients that have offices overseas. You'll be joining our dynamic sales force, comprised of Jaco, Dinant, Mandy and Chantal, where you'll drive sales initiatives focused on engaging and preserving potential as well as current clients.


Your key tasks?

  • Actively and innovatively engaging with the market;
  • Discovering and seizing opportunities;
  • Gathering and examining data about the market and our customers;
  • Building and nurturing your personal network;
  • Serving as the main liaison for outside contacts concerning our services;
  • Logging your activities in the Salesforce CRM system and maintaining its accuracy;
  • Overseeing a clear, well-structured sales process and keeping track of necessary actions.

Furthermore, your role will encompass overseeing the complete process from crafting high-quality proposals to successfully finalizing contracts with clients. As an International Account Manager, you'll fulfill acquisition targets and raise external recognition of Salure's services. You'll detect any issues in service delivery and emerging market needs, and link them with potential opportunities for our services.

What skills do you have?

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent educational attainment, with familiarity in account management and sales, ideally in the service sector;
  • A self-reliant and initiative-taking approach, coupled with persuasive capabilities and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in English communication and a good command of Dutch that is easily understandable. Additional language competencies would be highly appreciated;
  • The knack to sustain relationships at multiple levels and articulate ideas effectively; Honesty, tenacity, proactivity, and a zealous disposition.
